We are a fast-growing Climate Tech start-up looking for a talented AI Engineer to strengthen our Technology & Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience using the Azure AI platform.

About ClimateCamp đź’š

We are on a mission to de-carbonize supply chains!

ClimateCamp is building the carbon collaboration platform that helps companies decarbonise their value chains. We believe emissions data is becoming a new currency in business - shaping purchasing decisions, customer requirements, and competitive advantage - yet most organisations still rely on slow, manual, and low‑quality Scope 3 data. ClimateCamp makes it easy to engage suppliers and customers, collect and validate primary and product-level emissions data, and turn it into decisions and action: clearer hotspots, aligned reduction targets, and measurable progress.

We’re a small, ambitious team building the sustainability data infrastructure for value chains - moving fast, staying pragmatic, and owning the full idea → build → ship cycle.

We are looking for talented and ambitious people to accelerate this rocketship. At ClimateCamp, we are serious about our work, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are looking for motivated, skilled, and pragmatic people who love to collaborate and get the best out of each other.

We are a remote-first company, and our hybrid work model focuses on hiring around our primary locations in Luxembourg and Belgium.

We move fast, we build with purpose, and we believe engineers should own the idea → solution → delivery cycle.

We are an AI-first engineering team, adopting modern developer workflows to design, build, prototype, and ship faster, including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Bolt and others.
