About ClimateCamp đź’š

We are on a mission to de-carbonize supply chains!

ClimateCamp is a Software as a Service (SaaS) startup that allows companies to get a 360-degree view on their environmental impact with a focus on carbon emissions in the supply chain. With ClimateCamp, companies can easily collaborate with key stakeholders to get up-to-date insights into these emissions, allowing them to focus reduction efforts most efficiently.

Our platform provides best-in-class tools to ingest/upload, assess and curate and iterate on the organization's activity data to establish their environmental footprints, while integrating seamlessly with our customers ' workflows. This helps sustainability teams to establish reliable and comprehensive environmental footprints faster. We often work closely with our customers’ sustainability teams, and ship new features fast. Customers include niche food & beverage companies to large enterprises, with collaboration across their suppliers.

We are a small team, but our ambitions are big. We are working to become the sustainability data infrastructure connecting companies with their value chain. To get there, we are looking for talented and ambitious people to accelerate this rocketship. At ClimateCamp, we are serious about our work, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are looking for motivated, skilled, and pragmatic people who love to collaborate and get the best out of each other.

We are a remote-first company, and our hybrid work model focuses on hiring around our primary locations in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will work in a team to develop the solutions in a highly paced agile, cloud-based environment. You will champion our operational practices to ensure a high-quality outcome for our business.

You will build and maintain our cloud native platform, own the build of features end to end: iterate on the specs, define the data model, design and implement the backend APIs, build the frontend components and ship to production. You’ll be involved in every technology decision and will influence technical standards that will bring consistency to our engineering processes.

You will also configure & monitor the live operations of our platform, to ensure our high uptime and performance requirements.
