About ClimateCamp 💚

We are on a mission to de-carbonize supply chains!

ClimateCamp is building the carbon collaboration platform that helps companies decarbonise their value chains. We believe emissions data is becoming a new currency in business - shaping purchasing decisions, customer requirements, and competitive advantage - yet most organisations still rely on slow, manual, and low‑quality Scope 3 data. ClimateCamp makes it easy to engage suppliers and customers, collect and validate primary and product-level emissions data, and turn it into decisions and action: clearer hotspots, aligned reduction targets, and measurable progress.

We’re a small, ambitious team building the sustainability data infrastructure for value chains - moving fast, staying pragmatic, and owning the full idea → build → ship cycle.

We are looking for talented and ambitious people to accelerate this rocketship. At ClimateCamp, we are serious about our work, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are looking for motivated, skilled, and pragmatic people who love to collaborate and get the best out of each other.

We are a remote-first company, and our hybrid work model focuses on hiring around our primary locations in Luxembourg and Belgium.

We move fast, we build with purpose, and we believe engineers should own the idea → solution → delivery cycle.

We are an AI-first engineering team, adopting modern developer workflows to design, build, prototype, and ship faster, including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Bolt and others.

About the position

We believe in Product Engineers and we combine modern software engineering with AI-first workflows to move fast, learn continuously, and deliver impact. This is a full-time role in software engineering, based in Luxembourg with flexibility for remote work.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be bringing new features to life and release innovative software solutions that power our platform, while enhancing our current stack with the latest technology.

You will join a dynamic (mostly remote) team of engineers, creatives, scientists and business minds that want to work hard, and enjoy ourselves while doing so. Check out our virtual office.

You will work in a team to develop the solutions in a highly paced agile, cloud-based environment. You will champion our operational practices to ensure a high-quality outcome for our business.

You will build and maintain our cloud native platform, own the build of features end to end: iterate on the specs, define the data model, design and implement the backend APIs, build the frontend components and ship to production. You’ll be involved in every technology decision and will influence technical standards that will bring consistency to our engineering processes.

You will also configure & monitor the live operations of our platform, to ensure our high uptime and performance requirements.

Our stack is primarily using Azure services, Asp.Net Core back-end, Angular front-end, Azure SQL and a series of complementary components.

We are more looking for attitudes than skills! If you are strongly motivated by the product we build and how we work and you have demonstrated excellent software engineering skills, then we believe you should be able to adapt to our stack.
