About ClimateCamp 💚

We are on a mission to de-carbonize supply chains!

ClimateCamp is building the carbon collaboration platform that helps companies decarbonise their value chains. We believe emissions data is becoming a new currency in business - shaping purchasing decisions, customer requirements, and competitive advantage - yet most organisations still rely on slow, manual, and low‑quality Scope 3 data. ClimateCamp makes it easy to engage suppliers and customers, collect and validate primary and product-level emissions data, and turn it into decisions and action: clearer hotspots, aligned reduction targets, and measurable progress.

We’re a small, ambitious team building the sustainability data infrastructure for value chains - moving fast, staying pragmatic, and owning the full idea → build → ship cycle.

We are looking for talented and ambitious people to accelerate this rocketship. At ClimateCamp, we are serious about our work, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are looking for motivated, skilled, and pragmatic people who love to collaborate and get the best out of each other.

We are a remote-first company, and our hybrid work model focuses on hiring around our primary locations in Luxembourg and Belgium.

We move fast, we build with purpose, and we believe engineers should own the idea → solution → delivery cycle.

We are an AI-first engineering team, adopting emerging developer workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Bolt) to design, prototype, and ship faster.

About the role

We host interns around the year, in respect with the following conditions:

As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll work will our product engineering team to bring new product experiences to life. You’ll learn how modern software is built end-to-end — from idea to deployment — while experimenting with the latest AI-powered development tools.

This is not a passive learning internship. From day one, you’ll be expected to take ownership of real features, work across the stack, and collaborate directly with product, design, and go-to-market teams. You’ll be trusted to deliver end-to-end solutions while getting support from your assigned tutor and senior engineers.

We believe in Product Engineers and we combine modern software engineering with AI-first workflows to move fast, learn continuously, and deliver impact.

We are more looking for attitudes than skills! If you are strongly motivated by the product we build and how we work and you have demonstrated excellent software engineering skills, then we believe you should be able to adapt to our stack.

🎯 What You’ll Do

During your internship, you will:
